A Meeting with Tribal Elders of Maidan Wardak Province

Minister of Borders and Tribal Affairs, Alhaj Mullah Noorullah Noori, met with tribal elders, scholars and dignitaries of Narkh district of Maidan Wardak province on Saturday morning. 

In his conversation with the elders and people of the district, Mr. Noori said: Every time the invaders came to Afghanistan, Afghan people have bravely defeat them. He also added: It is our duty to serve the nation whose cemeteries are full of martyrs and whose houses are not empty of widows and orphans. He praised the countless sacrifices of Afghans for the rule of the Islamic Emirate and promised to convey the demands of the people to the relevant leaders so that solutions can be found.

In their speeches, the tribal elders expressed their happiness over the security, justice and unity since the Islamic Emirate came to power and considered the unforgettable sacrifices of the people of Maidan Wardak in the past twenty years of jihad as significant. They also shared their local problems with Mr. Noori, including a request to repair the damaged road in Narkh district.
