د ا.ا.ا د رياست الوزرا لخوا د سرحدونو، قومونو او قبایلو چارو وزارت تر مشري لاندې پلاوي چې پامير ته د ژمنيو مرستو د رسولو لپاره توظيف شوي وو، نن يې د دې ولايت مرکز فيض اباد له يو شمير قومي مشرانو سره وکتل، په دې کتنه کې د سرحدونو ق.ق چارو وزارت د اطلاعاتو اوعامه اړيکو رئيس حمدالله فطرت او د قومي چارو سلاکار امين الله پاميري کډون درلود.

لومړی د ياد ولایت مرکز فيض اباد قومي مشرانو پلاوي ته ښه راغلاست ووایه، او له یاد وزارت څخه یې مننه وکړه چې دوی ته ځانګړې توجه کوي، ورپسې یې د دې سیمې د برق او لارو اړوند ستونزې شریکې کړې، چې د پلاوي لخوا د حل په موخه ډاډ ورکول شو او ژمنه یې وکړه چې د دوی ستونزې به په مکتوبي ډول له لوړو مقاماتو سره شریکوي.
