د سرحدونو،قومونو او قبايلو چارو سرپرست وزير الحاج ملا نورالله نوري نن سه شنبه له غرمې مخکې د وزارت مقام په دفتر کې د مرکزي بغلان له څو تنو قومي مشرانو سره داسې مهال چې د جرګو او قبایلي چارو د همغږئ رئيس الحاج مولوي محمد اسماعيل غزنوي هم شتون درلود وکتل.

قومي مشرانو د خپلې سيمې اړوند ځيني ستونزې او د مرکزي بغلان د خلکو اساسي غوښتنې شريکې کړې.

ښاغلي نوري د بغلان او په ځانګړې توګه د مرکزي بغلان د خلکو ستونزې واورېدې او ددوئ غوښتنې يې مشروع او پرحق وبللې.

الحاج ملا نورالله نوري د بغلان له قومي مخورو سره د ستونزو په هوارولو کې د هر راز همکارۍ ډاډ ورکړ.
