د سرحدونو او قبایلو چارو وزیر ښاغلي محب الله صمیم نن له غرمې وروسته د غزني ولایت له یو شمېر قومي مشرانو او د یاد ولایت له ولسوال ښاغلي محب الله سره د خپل کار په دفتر کې وکتل.

په دې کتنه کې لومړی راغلو مشرانو خپلې یو لړ سیمه ییزې ستونزې شریکې او په بېلابېلو برخو کې یې د وزارت هڅې د ستاینې وړ وبللې همدا راز یې د موجوده نظام څخه خپل بشپړ ملاتړ څرګند کړ.

ورپسې د سرحدونو او قبایلو چارو وزیر ښاغلي صمیم د راغلو مشرانو ستونزې پر ځای وبللې او د نظام د پایښت په برخه کې یې د نوموړو له هلو ځلو څخه مننه وکړه.
