Directorate of Plan and Policy

This directorate has the following sections:

1- Development Projects department, which operates two projects named Mobta Reform and BTMIS.

2- plan and policy design and creation department.

3- Monitoring and evaluation department.

4 – M I S department.

Through the integration, of mentioned directorate, they collect the plans from the related units of the ministry, classifying them by considering the priorities, specifying the indicators, inventing the review committee and according to the objectives and strategy of the ministry. The Ministry has the obligation to take the approval of the Ministry position in the general annual plan.

2- With the approval of the Ministry, it is obligatory to design social, cultural and educational programs, which are implemented by the second units of the Ministry in the tribal areas.

3- This department is obliged to carry out annual pest analysis and SWAT analysis and draft the strategic plan of the ministry in accordance with the good implementation of the strategic plan.

4- plan and Policy is obliged to determine the needs of the Ministry and related secondary units, to draft the necessary policies for the areas in need, and to take the approval of the Ministry through its implementation.

5- This directorate has the obligation to study the strategy of the ministry and provide the necessary advice to the ministry in terms of amendments or enhancements.

6- In terms of efficiency, the Department of Planning and Policy is obliged to continuously monitor and review the Ministry's strategy, policies and plans.

7- This directorate is obliged to evaluate the performance and actions of the relevant units according to the plans designed by the ministry.

8- Receiving weekly, quarterly and annual reports on the activities and achievements from the central and second units of the Ministry, after analyzing and combining them, presenting them to the authorities and relevant departments.

9- This directorate is responsible for receiving proposals regarding the building needs of the Ministry, the construction of the related buildings of provincial units, allocating the estimated budgets of the construction projects, carrying out various works of structural repairs in the center and the second units, to supervise the construction process of educational projects in the center and provinces, to provide a list of map designs and specifications before the procurement process, and to test and inspect the soil in cooperation with the organization management of urban construction, land and service projects when necessary.

10- The directorate has an obligation to mark the areas where the classical management system should be changed to modern and new management.

11- This department has the obligation to create information and monitoring management system from the invented systems.

12 - Collecting social, graphic and statistical data and information through the information management system.

13- The directorate is obliged to submit a report to the Ministry regarding the weekly, quarterly and annual activities and actions.

13 - Also, it has the obligation to give professional and useful advice to the central and secondary units on how to implement the plan.

15- And performing a series of other legal actions that are given by the authorities.
