د سرحدونو او قبایلو چارو سرپرست او نوماند وزیر ښاغلي محب الله صمیم نن له غرمې مخکې د ولسمشر له سلاکار ښاغلي محمد ګلاب منګل سره د خپل کار په دفتر کې وکتل.

په دې کتنه کې د ولسمشر سلاکار ښاغلي منګل د سرحدونو او قبایلو چارو د سرپرست او نوماند وزیر په توګه د ښاغلي محب الله صمیم ټاکنه پر ځای وبلله او هغه یې د هېواد مجرب کدر او ژمن شخصیت وباله او د خپلوهمکاریو ډاډ یې ورکړ.

همدا راز دواړو لورو په هېواد کې د تلپاتې سولې او ملي یووالي د ټینګښت او د قومي جرګو او ولسي غونډو له لارې ملي موخو ته د رسېدو په برخه کې په ګډوهلو ځلو ټینګار وکړ.
