Directorate of Da'wat and Irshad:

• Management of the commands and orders in Islamic believe and social reforms from the ministry of Amr-Bil Marof and Nahi-Anil Monker.
• Monitoring and promoting the basics and principles of Islam and protection of the Islamic and Afghan identity.
• According to the Islamic Shari'ah and the plans of Amr-Bil Marof and Nahi-Anil Monker preaching and the determination of guidance topics for Imam of the mosque.
• Coordinating with the General Directorate of Da'wat and Irshad, Ministry Amr-Bil Marof, Nahi-Anil Monker and other relevant authorities.
• Planning and Management of seminars and workshops in educational, moral, cultural, social and religious parts and conscientious responsibility accetpance programs.
