General Directorate of Finance and Administration
- Monitoring and managing the provision of effective and timely executive, administrative, accounting services and facilities, as well as the growth and development of uniform and effective information technology systems to improve and facilitate the work of the central and provincial offices of the Ministry of Borders and Tribal affairs.
- Leading, monitoring and controlling financial affairs, including the handling of financial funds, accounting, effective financial development of the Ministry in accordance with financial rules and regulations.
- Management and supervision of the planning and arrangement of the normal and research budget in accordance with the plans and works of the ministry.
- Controlling and taking care of the implementation of the law, regulations, financial bills and procedures, procurement accounting, administrative, human resources, information technology and monitoring its implementation.
- Necessary guidance with all the relevant directorates of the ministry in order to arrange related budget according to the program, which guidelines to identify and propose budgetary and service needs based on the work plan and defend the ministry's budget.
