د سرحدونو، قومونو او قبایلو چارو وزارت د جرګو او قبایلي چارو د همغږۍ معین الحاج ملا عبدالخالق عابد د ننګرهار له مرستیال والي مولوي محمد رباني ناصح سره د هغه په کاري دفتر کې وکتل.

د ننګرهار مرستیال والي د یاد وزارت د جرګو او قبایلي چارو د همغږۍ معین او مل پلاوي ته هرکلی وکړ او د دغه ولایت د قومونو د اتحاد او همغږۍ ډاډ یې وړاندې کړ.

وروسته د جرګو او قبایلي چارو معین ښاغلي عابد د قومونو او ولس د یووالي او همغږۍ په اړه د جوړېدونکې غونډې په اړه هر اړخیزې خبرې وکړې او د غونډې د تدابیرو نیولو په هکله یې سره سلا مشورې وکړې.
