Directorate of Finance and Administration:

• Managing the national budget plans for the implementing programs of the Ministry of Borders and Tribal affairs in order to facilitate the national expenses.
• Organizing and planning the financial activities of accounting, budgeting of related authorities in cooperation with the relevant institutions in the center.
• Arranging the regular budget based on the approved formation of the Ministry in each fiscal year and defending the budget in the Budget Defense Commission of the Ministry of Finance.
• Distribution of normal and development budgets to executive authorities in the center and provinces based on their formation.
• Arranging the execution of payments, salaries, overtime, allowances, grants and references of development projects and contractors.
